Daniel Golder - Osteopath - B.Sc Ost. Med, B.Sc Exercise Sc.

Dan studied osteopathy and naturopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and also has a BSc in Exercise and Health Science. From an early age Dan has been heavily involved in sport and has been kayaking for over 20 years, 10 of which were racing for Great Britain in the National canoeing team. Dan still competes at the highest level nationally and is also a regional kayak coach. Dan’s knowledge and experience of participating in sport provides a strong basis for his practice of osteopathy in a sporting context but he also treats other musculoskeletal complaints, including back and neck pain and repetitive strain injuries.

Dan is a senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes University on the full and part-time Osteopathy programmes and presents annually at British Canoe Union conferences on the subject of core stability. Dan is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Sports Nutrition.

Elena Ward - Osteopath - Associate Naturopath - M.Ost

Elena started her career in complementary health as a massage therapist, in 2003, with the basis of her practice being in sports and remedial massage. She has since then gained a Masters degree in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University having studied in a multi-professional environment, along side students of nursing, midwifery, and physiotherpay, to name just a few.

Elena's interest in digestive health and nutrition was what led her to train in colon hydrotherapy in 2004. She trained under Dr Milo Siewart, founder and honorary president of The Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH) and continued with advanced training at the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy.

Elena is passionate about helping people to make the most of their bodies, whether that be through digestive health or musculoskeletal health or both!
