Colon Hydrotherapy

FAQs

Is Colon Hydrotherapy painful? It rarely is. If you do feel any discomfort it is normally a cramping feeling similar to that associated with trapped wind or having diarrhoea. This tends to be brief and easily tolerated. Generally speaking, the more relaxed you are, the more comfortable it is. Most people are more than comfortable throughout.

Can I become addicted to colonics? Colon Hydrotherapy is not habit forming. As it is encouraging a natural process it can actually help to improve the function and tone of the colon.

How many treatments will I need? This really depends on the client, their health, the state of their colon and the condition being treated. Anything from one or two treatments to a course of a few treatments may be recommended over a period of time and then treatments may be continued afterwards for maintenance, depending on the client’s needs.

Are there instances when it is not advisable to have Colon Hydrotherapy?
